This cake reminds of a banana cake but instead of bananas I used the sweet potatoes. The amount of wheat flour and sugar is moderate and therefore I call it healthy. I found the recipe on my
favorite blog and incorporated it with small modifications as the amount of sugar ( I always use less than the recipe prescribes) and the baking time, which is more than 1 hour. The cake is quite moist and satisfying so you don't need many slices....
